The above pricing includes 3 coats of Polyurethane and includes all punching and filling as required. These repairs are to be confirmed prior to commencement of works.
Sanding & Polishing:
New Boards from $28/Square Metre
Old Boards from $33/Square Metre
Add $8-$15/Square Metre for stained floors
Black Japan stained floors quoted separately
Repairs:
Flooring can be repaired at $55/Hour. Quality will be assured as the same person who quotes your job will be the same person who finishes the job.
The following prices below provide an estimate of costs however, all floors need to be inspected and measured to provide a final quote.
